New York Food – Edibles in the Big Apple
Spending time in New York City comes with a great privilege. Genuine New York Pizza in Little Italy! This is a classic piece of New York food everyone should have a chance to try. It had been a long time since I’d been in New York, so I couldn’t wait for my first slice. Here it is:

Of course, being a good husband and son-in-law, I couldn’t let everyone else not try this New York local delicacy for themselves.

I’m don’t quite remember how my father-in-law juggled the pizza and the camera in the above shot. A couple of days later I managed to whine enough to arrange to have another round of pizza with the family. At least this time, you can see he left his pizza on the table while taking the pic. Also notice the intent look of concentration as I close my eyes to focus on the magnificent flavor (or maybe I just blinked at the wrong moment 
).
More New York Pizza
A small amount of backstory on my unbridled enthusiasm for New York Pizza. Although I dearly love living in beautiful Dongguan, the array of pizza choices here in China isn’t very extensive. Because of this, I always try my best to go face down in whatever pizza I can get when I’m back on planet Earth in the US.
