My Big Fat Guangxi Honeymoon
Introduction
My lovely wife and I got married on April 1st. The plan was to have the honeymoon during the summer time. Like all well-laid plans, things ran a little behind schedule.
We finally managed to book our airline tickets and a hotel in November of 2011. Our destination – Yangshuo County, a lovely little tourist town in Guangxi Province Zhuang Autonomous Region (Chinese administrative subdivisions are many and varied
), not too far from the bigger and more famous city of Guilin.
Like My Big Fat Guangdong Wedding and Mission: Second Honeymoon, My Big Fat Guangxi Honeymoon was originally published without photos in emails to my family and publicly at RaoulsChinaSaloon.com in the Love, Marriage, and Family section. If you plan to visit China, and especially if you plan to be an expat in China, Raoul’s is a MUST VISIT website.
For this updated version of the tale of the Guangxi honeymoon trip, I’ll be adding plenty of pics as well as fixing at least a few of the spelling and grammar errors. Some minor details may be slightly altered to protect the guilty innocent parties involved. Obviously, since there are absolutely zero exaggerations in the original version, and since I would never under any circumstances exaggerate even to the tiniest degree, I obviously won’t be exaggerating anything in this version. ![]()

Danger: My Big Fat Guangxi Honeymoon Ahead
Be warned. This otherwise romantic tale of a loving honeymoon contains scenes of eroticism, alcohol, erotic alcohol, an unclothed moon goddess, a murder plot, and so much more. Those lacking both a sense of adventure and a sense of humor are cautioned that reading further may lead to great mental distress.
For those possessing both a good sense of adventure and humor, enjoy! If you lack one and have the other, I have no idea what will happen to you if you read it. Go ahead and click the link for Chapter 1 and find out. You have nothing to lose (except maybe your mind
).
