Introduction
My lovely wife and I got married on April 1st. The plan was to have the honeymoon during the summer time. Like all well-laid plans, things ran a little behind schedule.
We finally managed to book our airline tickets and a hotel in November of 2011. Our destination – Yangshuo County, a lovely little tourist town in Guangxi Province Zhuang Autonomous Region (Chinese administrative subdivisions are many and varied 
), not too far from the bigger and more famous city of Guilin.

For this updated version of the tale of the Guangxi honeymoon trip, I’ll be adding plenty of pics as well as fixing at least a few of the spelling and grammar errors. Some minor details may be slightly altered to protect the guilty innocent parties involved. Obviously, since there are absolutely zero exaggerations in the original version, and since I would never under any circumstances exaggerate even to the tiniest degree, I obviously won’t be exaggerating anything in this version.
